Ninja Transfers, an innovator in the DTF (direct-to-film) transfer industry, announces a significant milestone; the successful completion of a rigorous 100+ wash and dry cycle test on its high-quality DTF transfer. This achievement highlights the company’s commitment to durability, reliability, and exceptional performance, even under the most demanding conditions.
The 100+ wash test is a critical benchmark in the textile and apparel industry, ensuring that printed designs maintain their vibrancy, integrity, and adherence to fabrics through extensive washing and wear. Ninja Transfers’ products not only met but exceeded the industry standards of 50 washes, demonstrating resilience against fading, cracking, and peeling.
During the testing process, Ninja Transfers retained their original colors and sharpness even after more than 100 wash and dry cycles, proving their longevity. The transfers exhibited strong adhesion to various fabrics, ensuring that designs remained intact with minimal degradation. This consistent quality was maintained across different fabric types, including cotton, polyester, and other synthetic materials. In fact, the more synthetic the material, such as polyester or nylon, the better it held up.
“We are incredibly proud of the results from our 100+ wash test,” says Victor Ilisco, Director of Business Development, Ninja Transfers. “Our team has worked tirelessly to test nearly 100 combinations of environment, consumables, pressing time, and temperatures to develop a DTF product that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our customers.”
